Socio-Economic Conditions of the Beneficiaries Before and after Availing the Community Based Project

The study determined the effects of the Mantigue Island Motorboat Service Association (MAMSA) and Snorkeling Rental Association (SRP) as an alternative livelihood to the people of San Roque, Camiguin. The socio economic measured through individuals and groups aspect of lifestyle that relates to the nature and amount of the different services that the beneficiaries consider as adequate of fulfilling their needs. Commonly, the research was conducted in the Municipality of Mahinog, Brgy.San Roque. Thirty-four (34) respondents were officially selected from the list of DENR and CCRMP. The descriptive research designed used in the study. The findings confirmed that there is no significant difference in the socio-economic conditions of the beneficiaries before and after the project.
