Solid Waste Management Practices of TAA Breeder Farm

The problems of waste and management has become a serious issue of concern to many environmental studies. This research paper examines the solid waste management practices inside TAA breeder farm Zone -5 Lindaban Manolo Fortich Bukidnon in terms of: solid waste disposal, waste generation management and solid waste management practices. TAA Breeder Farm is an inorganic poultry business farm. It uses a popular alternative way of laying of eggs using synthetic method accompanied with mixed two type of population of chicken of eighteen thousand to twenty three thousand chicken of Indian River or (LIR ) and the Cobs. The study used the survey type to gather the data needed for the assessment. The findings of the study revealed that the farm is fairly practicing the standards set by the DENR on poultry farm. However, the TAA breeder farm still needs to improve their Waste Management and the monitoring to perfectly implement the standards set by the DENR on Solid Waste Management.
