Communication Style Awareness of Civilian Armed Forces Geographical Unit (CAFGU) Active Auxiliaries (CAA) Refreshers Trainee of 1st Special Forces Battalion, SFR(A), Socom, Philippine Army

As part of the military organization efforts to enhance the capability and skill of CAA in other administrative tasks, this study will further introduce an approach to new communication style regarding Audio, Visual and Kinesthetic and prove the interrelationship of such learning style to sensory preferences of Civilian Armed Auxiliaries. It focuses on the communication style of forty (40) Civilian Armed Auxiliaries (CAA) or Citizen Armed Forces Geographical Unit (CAFGU) of 1st Special Forces Battalion, Special Forces Regiment Airborne, Special Operations Command, Philippine Army who underwent refreshers training. The descriptive method for universal sampling of CAA Learning style preferences was used to explain the significant differences to their level of awareness of how they understand and perceive information, adaptation of communication during training and other related tasks and emphasizes on the application of the respondents response and explained their level of awareness based on the results. This study thoroughly supported by comprehensive review on previous studies and theories of communication includes the comments and observations of senior leaders and military officers’ who handle CAA administration varying CAAs learning and the preferred factors of communication style.
