Comprehensive Construction Management System of Home Choice Planners Corporation
The Comprehensive Construction Management System for Home Choice Planners Corporation was created for the following purpose: (1) to make its work easier, (2) to avoid human errors,(3) to record important transaction data,(4) to generate cost estimates and project history easily, and(5) to create a system for monitoring projects, items, and employees. The system requires five users to handle the different system tasks to ensure security and case management: Administrator, who can view all the transactions of every department, generate reports, and add users, positions, and department; the accounting officer, who handles employee cost and can view project employees, project cost estimate, and project progress; the HR personnel, who handles the employee information and positions; the warehouse in-charge, who manages the items and inventory; and the project manager, who manages the project, project employees, project cost estimate, and project progress.
