Out-Patient Care with Pharmaceutical Inquiry System of Capitol University Medical Center is created with the primary purpose of helping the physicians, administrator and patients of Capitol University Medical Center. This is more so as the out patients take to the hospitals require the need to keep records of their health statistics, in such a manner that they can be easily retrieved and updated in a concurrent and simultaneous manner.  It is sought to address the problem of paper based records and help the physician on their work in identifying the right prescription that will be given to the patients according to their illness. Moreover, the system itself is built with a web-based programming language and is used in a local area network for security purposes and so that the system can be open in a browser or any devices as long as the devised used is connected to the Capitol University Medical Center and is privileged to access the system.
