Mug Cake

This study is written to determine if there is a need to offer “Mug Cake†in barangay Carmen, Cagayan de Oro city. To analyze and assess the following aspects: market feasibility; technical feasibility; and financial feasibility. It aims to identify the social and economic implications in the production of the product - Mug Cake. The researchers conducted the survey through random sampling of 200 persons in barangay Carmen as respondents. The results were shown through descriptive statistics. Based on the study conducted, Mug Cake shows a positive sign to be profitable when offered in barangay Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City. Mug Cake is owned by five partners. The initial contribution for this newly established business amounts to Php20, 000 each. The absence of a feasibility study on “Mug Cake†as a business will be meaningless. “Mug Cake†like all other business endeavors must be studied carefully for every detail of the implementation plan. It is necessary to publish the results obtained from the study so that other people can know and learn from the data and then make further findings based on the gathered data. Given the herewith results and conclusion, it is hereby recommended that business on Mug Cake be pursued.
