To maintain an effective Quality Management complying with the International ISO 9001:2008 standards;
To achieve and maintain a level of quality that enhances the University's reputation to its customers;
To maximize customer satisfaction with the services provided by Liceo de Cagayan University where research and publication office belongs; and,
To contribute to the achievement of the University's goals and objectives.
