The proposed system was intended for the storing of the following records: customer, supplier, sales, and stock. With search index, the proposed system can monitor the status of stock and generate information thereof. The system can also compute for mark-up prices and generate daily, monthly, yearly reports. All data inputted by a user are automatically saved in the database. The system includes a form for adding and modifying a new product, customer, and supplier. The researchers used the method waterfall model to come up with a program that finds a solution to the problems of the current system. The proposed monitoring and management system was designed for GST Rice Trader.
