| 4. | Description | Abstract | The study aimed at creating a web-based database application that would effectively facilitate file handling and management of alumni information of Liceo de Cagayan University. The researchers came up with a user-responsive and interactive Online Graduate Registry of Liceo de Cagayan University to provide an improved data gathering and management of records of its graduates. The researchers considered the existing graduate record acquisition procedure of the university and how this age-old procedure could be remodeled for a more efficient and effective information management. The lack of facility where graduates can conveniently append their pertinent information is among those factors considered during the course of designing the proposed system. Other issue considered was the inability to provide immediate and up to-date reports out of the collected data for administrative and analysis purposes.
