| 4. | Description | Abstract | The study developed a web-based management and monitoring system for Zealep Insurance Agency and Allied Services Incorporated to aid the agency in the management of records and monitoring of transactions. The system included the online application for an insurance product, claim, renewal, and invitation through email. The researchers came up with a user- responsive and interactive online application. The system provides a protected database where all information and transactions are stored. The study used the PHP, JavaScript, CSS, and Ajax languages for the development of the system.
