Human Resource Practices of Bank A

This study aimed to determine the existence of human resource practices in Bank A located in Cagayan de Oro City. The study aimed to gather relevant and reliable information about the human resource practices, regarding Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Reward and Promotion and Employee Engagement. It also aimed to determine the respondent’s profile regarding age, gender, civil status, highest educational attainment, employee status, the length of service, monthly compensation and the number of training for two years. This study used descriptive research design with survey questionnaire as research tool. In this study, 34 employees from the Universal Bank participated as respondents. The researchers found out that the company has an existing human resource practices mentioned in the study namely, Training and Development, Reward and Promotion, Recruitment and Selection and Employee Engagement. Only very few of the respondents were not satisfied with the company’s Compensation and Benefits.
