Experiences of Travelers Visiting Select Tourist Destinations in Bukidnon

In the past years and especially in today’s generation, people seek to travel for many reasons. It may be for leisure, business or even for education. But beyond these reasons, people travel mainly for experience. Because of this status quo, people experience the things that they never imagined to experience. The focus of this study was to know the demographic profile of the respondents in terms of age, gender, occupation, and nationality, and their preferred length of stay in the destination and to know the experiences of the travelers who visited the selected destinations in Bukidnon. These selected destinations were Dahilayan Forest Park, Lake Apo and RR Family Spring Resort. These destinations promote physical activities and environment and ecologically friendly. To achieve the goal of the study, the researchers conducted a survey and gathered data from 30 respondents. The data were thoroughly evaluated and analyzed. Majority of the tourists that were attracted to travel were female belongs to the age range of 25 and below. The respondents were Filipinos and working as private employees. They preferred to stay in the destinations not exceeding 24 hours. The travelers experienced fun while in the destinations.
