The purpose of this study is to know if the quality of the student-made video would pass the standards of film experts and those who will facilitate the learning process. Using a standardized rubric, the quality of the video was evaluated by municipal health workers, secondary school teachers, and video experts in terms of its content, subject, and technical aspect. The first phase of the project was to produce a video promoting sex education to the youth. Professionals that are experts on the field were also interviewed. The final phase involves presentation of the educational video to secondary school teachers, health care workers, and video experts. Overall, the student-made video was given a high passing mark by the raters. The video experts gave a lower rate compared to the health workers since they noticed that there were some technical aspects that were lacking such as lighting and transitions.
