Working Environment, Personality and Productivity of Health Care Workers at the Provincial Health Office

The purpose of the study is to determine the relationship between personality and working environment. It was conducted at the Provincial Health Office with sixty health care workers as respondents. Survey questionnaires were used such as the Jenkins and Working Environment Survey. Another tool used was the score card to determine the level of satisfaction of accomplishment of individual. The personal experience of the researcher inspired to conduct this study that aims for more productivity. Many types of researches already had found out that Personality and working environment are related to the accomplishment of an individual. The focus of this study is to know how personality development and working environment affect the productivity of the employees of the Provincial Health Office Misamis Oriental. It utilized descriptive research design, mean and correlation to determine how variables are related to each other. The result shows that one hundred percent of the respondents have type A personality, while thirty- three percent of the population has acceptable performance, although at risk. The study would contribute to the improvement of the workers productivity. Result of the study will help everyone to improve personality development that will increase accomplishment.
