The participants for the study were thirty (30) or the entire population of the Security Screening Officers (SSOs) at Laguindingan Airport. The data gathered were subjected to appropriate Statistical Programme of Social Scientists (SPSS). From the results of this study, it can be concluded that employees reward package matters a lot and should be a concern of both the employers and employees. The results obtained from the hypotheses showed that workers place great value on the different rewards given to them by their employers. The SSO employees of Laguindingan airport, value both intrinsic and extrinsic rewards. However, workers who have many children and who are serving the organization for quite a long time need more intrinsic reinforcement compared to other co-workers. This study can therefore, be seen a call for any government office as well as private organizations to put in place a sense of commitment on an appropriate incentive plan that will encourage workers to be more purposeful and improve their performance.
