Comprehensive Scheduling and Monitoring System for the Crops Division of the Department of Agriculture - Region 10

The proposed system is intended only for the Crops Division of the Department of Agriculture - Region 10. It is designed to improve the efficiency of conveying information within the division. The system creates activity schedules for the anchor person. The division chief updates the activity schedules and assigns the anchor person to each activity schedule. The administrator approves the created activity schedules. Once an activity is created, the system would automatically determine the potential participants, the appropriate date for the activity, and the anchor person.
