Lan-Based Enrollment System of Opol Community College

Opol Community College (OCC) is a school for college students. This school is recently build and progressing in fast way. Enrollment of the student is done manually and it take time to process the enrollment of one student, time consuming in resolving class schedule conflicts due to manual operation. Hence, the researchers developed a lan-based application, which uses visual basic 6 programming language and MySQL server as the back-end, for a more efficient system of handling student information and managing records. The system records data/information of the student information, manages records, generates reports, and retrieves records. The system provides a secured database. Some user like Instructor has limited Access of the program compare to the Admin because of the user type, Also the system can detect conflict of class schedule while inserting data. The system can display the Assessment of the student and its details.
