The Hotel Ramon is at the end of Divisoria (downtown area) near the river bank. It is just a few steps away Divisoria (downtown area) where most banks, fast-food chains, and bars. The Hotel Ramon has 49 rooms with all the facilities. The hotel has different kinds of room to accommodate. There are double room, single room, and family rooms. The hotel can also accommodate function hall for party or events. All rooms are air-conditioned with its beautiful scenery that can see at the back of the hotel, the riverbank. It has a nice and quiet atmosphere that surely makes the guest relax while staying. The Hotel Ramon is a customer service company; it should have an efficient customer service for it to remain in the market. The major obstacle to this is the traditional system that takes the time to provide any facility for the manager, receptionist, and other employees to track the room reservation and its time, which lead to inefficiencies and lots of problems. The proposed of this study is to solve these traditional activities and make the company function well, so the researcher proposed the Online Booking System of Hotel Ramon. A web-based system that is simple and easy to use. For tracking a reservation was done by the receptionist every day. The manager can view reservation history, also its reservation done by the guest. With this, the company can have an idea to what they need to improve. The study has numerous advantages. The system can help the hotel lessen their traditional activities so it can operate well by removing those time-consuming activities and provide the guest a better service.
