City College Scholarship Information System with Mobile Application

This research focused on the improvement of information system of city college scholarship program of Community Improvement Development office, it is the core of this paper. The system improved and speed up the current system of the office especially in registration, tracking, grading, and the process of ranking. User interface is develop using PHP as front-end and MYSQL for the back-end to establish connection. The system provides mobile application features for faster service for the users.
