Performance of the Scene of the Crime Operation Team in Region 10 in the Presentation of Photographic Evidences in Court

The descriptive research method was used in this study. The survey questionnaire was the main data tool used. The analysis yielded in the following results of the perception of the performance of the crime scene operation team in region 10 office in the presentation of photographic evidence in court in terms of Mastery of procedure; trainings of photographic art in the past years, techniques in Taking Series of Photographs in Different Weather Conditions against Functionality of Camera, Clearance and Number of photographs, Relevancy and Efficiency. They were able to gather maximum information to draw conclusion and findings out form the photographic evidence. The relationship between the respondents` level of skills in taking photographs and their ratings on the level of performance of the scene of the crime operation team in the presentation of photographic evidence in court reveals that even if the SOCO team has undergone trainings in photographic art for the past years, they still have not perfectly mastered and practiced everything they learned from the trainings. The application of these two skills of respondents in taking photographs to show their performance in presenting photographic evidence in court is not constantly done or not performed when taking and presenting photographic evidence.
