Monggong Sorbetes

The study endeavored to determine the feasibility of selling “Monggong Sorbetes,†(a mongo flavored ice cream) in Barangay Bayabas, in front of Bayabas Elementary School. Toward this end, the following aspects were examined: (1) market feasibility; (2) technical study; (3) financial feasibility; and (4) socioeconomic feasibility. This study used the descriptive survey design. A questionnaire was given to the 200 respondents comprising mainly of pupils of Bayabas Elementary School. Aside from the pupils, the residents of Zone 5, Bayabas, Cagayan de Oro City participated in the survey. The study revealed that the proposed business is feasible in terms of market, technical, financial, and socioeconomic aspects. In conclusion, the product, Monggong Sorbetes is feasible to be sold based on the favorable results.
