Kesodilla

The rising awareness of observing healthy lifestyles without compromising the growing openness for sweet and savory snacks and worrying about the cost pose a difficulty to many people, young and old alike. Many entrepreneurs try to satisfy this healthy craving that also offers a healthy return on investments as well. This study describes and evaluates the possible solution to this predicament designed by the proponents. A wide variety of possible and available solutions to the problem were generated, and a healthy alternative solution was identified. Evaluation of the alternative solution identified an innovation of a quesadilla snack named “Kesodilla†as the solution to the people’s predicament. This is a delicious and nutritious snack with Mexican origin but with a Filipino twist. It contains Moringaoleifira that is a host of vitamins and minerals and other benefits. “Kesodilla†is a sweet and savory snack filled with fresh ingredients and nutritious filling folded in half, forming a half-moon shape. The survey for the product’s feasibility indicates that “Kesodilla†will not only be an alternative solution to the rising awareness of a healthy lifestyle, growing openness for delicious and affordable snacks but will also be a profitable solution to the problem.
