Educational institutions were one of the affected sectors in society due to the pandemic. Transforming from face-to-face learning into online mode was one of the initiatives to facilitate continuous learning. With this new learning setup, the researchers’ primary objective was to assess  students’ preparedness. Online  learning dimensions  were used to assess  the significant difference of  variables  in  the students’  preparedness in  taking the certified public  accountant licensure examination. The researchers gathered data by distributing survey questionnaires via google forms to selected participants from second to fourth-year Accountancy students of Liceo de Cagayan University. The results showed that respondents performed well in class as reflected in their general weighted average ranging from 1.0 to 2.0. The selected online dimensions such as year and course, and the role of online assessment are factors that could predict students’ preparedness.  Lastly,  researchers  discovered  that  respondents  were  moderately  prepared  in taking the examination. It means that the shift of learning mode had little to no negative impact on the respondents. With this, it was determined that collaborative effort between students, teachers, and administrators was highly encouraged.
