Oneway to measure quality patient care is to determine patient satisfaction, which is the subjective indicator of measurement for quality care. It can be influenced by several factors such as therapist’s behaviour, age, gender, or outcomes of the treatment. In Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines no study of this nature has been conducted despite having several physical therapy services offered and rehabilitation centers in the city. This study aimed to determine a significant relationship between the demographic profile of the physical therapists and satisfaction of patient on patient care. A sample of 62 patients who were above 20 years old were chosen to answer the survey questionnaire. Respondents rated patient care as provided by their physical therapists with satisfaction. Using t-test results, there is no significant relationship between physical therapist’s age and length of service towards rendition of patient care as perceived by patients. However, due to the great difference of ratio (1:4) between male and female PT respondents, the t-test resulted to have a significant difference on patient care in the different genders.
