Level of Satisfaction on Students’ Support Services

This study tried to determine the level of satisfaction of students on support services rendered by Liceo de Cagayan University. Specifically, it identified the level of satisfaction when respondents are grouped according to their profile such as their course, year level and gender. This study used the descriptive design, specifically using a combination of the descriptive status and correlation survey. The descriptive status was used in the quantitative description of the prevailing conditions of the variables and the respondents being used. The correlation survey, on the other hand, was used to determine the relationship between and among the variables used in the study. The results showed that majority of the student-respondents had a moderate level of satisfaction on support services rendered by Liceo de Cagayan University. Gender and year level had no significant difference on the level of satisfaction on support services; however, course exhibited a significant difference on the level of satisfaction on support services.Knowing the level of student satisfaction plays an important role for the university to know its strengths and weaknesses and to develop possible improvements for those support services that were in need for improvement.
