PATER HOUSE is the name of the company derived from the word “Pater†which is the main product. The company will form a partnership compose of the five (5) students from Liceo de Cagayan University. The goals of the business are to be profitable in its operations, to develop satisfaction to its consumers through its products and to generate employment. This paper proposes production of “Pater†cuisine and selling it to residents of Cagayan de Oro City. The idea of choosing this study rooted from the proponent’s fondness of different cuisines that are popular from the Mindanao. The business will locate at Brgy. Carmen near Liceo de Cagayan University, government and private offices and will be famous as PATER HOUSE.  The business will cater mostly students from the University and residents in nearby areas. The main product of PATER HOUSE will be the famous as “pater†meal that originated from the maranao culture. “Pater†is a dish of rice cooked with curry powder or yellow ginger, topped with a hot viand consisting of beef or chicken, and wrapped in banana leaf. The “pater†is served with side dish known as “palapa.†Palapa is a sambal-like sauce that is oily and spicy at the same time. It serves as the appetizer for the Pater or mixed with the pater. PATER HOUSE product is a tasty, filling and budget friendly meal.
